How it works: You complete the form below. We hold a drawing every 2 months. In order to be qualified for the drawing every two month you will need to re-submit you information to have your name put back in to the for a chance to win. Once you complete the form below your name will be included with other business names that have been submitted into our pot and our polls. We will be posting a video of the results every 2 months showing Sarah our wonderful Administrative Assistant drawing the winner for that month. You will be notified be email to take a look at our website's home page to view the video and see if your company won. That's not all... Once the winner has been chosen then we take a look at our polls (you need to make sure you get family members, friends, co-workers, everyone you know to go to our website and take our poll for choosing your company as the ugliest website. If your business wins the most votes at the end of every 2 months you will automatically be given 50% off a complete website re-design.

Ecommerce site are not included, the winners is allowed no more than 50 pages to the website. This does not include hosting, domain names,
