After getting feedback from the first initial design, I felt it was important to take the second design to a more creative direction. I used deep rich tones for the design with wooden textures. I wanted to make the site design very easy to navigate but be interesting to site visitors. I try to stress to individuals how it is very important to make their sites stand out from their competitors. One should never want to blend in with other sites. This design would be fully responsive and mobile phone friendly. For mobile devices, it would have an all scrolled section support swipe effect. It would also include an online appointment booking calendar plugin. The large image of the columns you see in the slider area could scroll through several images and the form would remain on top at all times. The “What our clients say” area would be scrolling testimonials. The Latest News section would automatically pull from the blog. This site would also include an interactive AJAX Search field if needed. A blog, a rating / review mechanism, visual composer to help make editing easy for the staff, and much more.

Each and every single element of the design has been tested to ensure it adapts to modern smartphones and tablets. I would install an easy to use page builder after the site is complete to ensure the client would have the capability to update and maintain their own site. I based this design around their logo and after reviewing their competitors sites, I got some ideas to help set their site apart from the rest. In the large area up top (large image with the kids holding the fundraiser catalogs) I actually bought the photos and cut out their arms to overlay the catalogs so it looked like they were holding them. I thought it would give the site a personal touch to show kids actually holding the brochures. These images would come into the slider area in layers one after another to give the slider area life. I would suggest having the slides change to point to certain pages within the site if this design is chosen. You will notice different section on this design just to give you some ideas as to what all I can put on the home page or other areas of the site. This is only a static design, but I can assure you that if this design is chosen it will really come to life with lots of movement and ease of movement with a scroll back up to top button. This is a modern design concept and would be responsive meaning it would resize automatically depending on what device the site visitor is viewing the site on. (the design concept won’t re-size). For the client to easily maintain the site and make updates I would install a page builder to make edits easy for the staff. I Would include a blog section which I always suggest clients to use and I can link it up to their social media so when they post a new post it will automatically post to their social media. The home page would include a slider with several images and text overlay if needed, this helps draw site visitors into the website and keep them interested. After doing the first design concept for the client, we got the feedback and I knew based on their feedback what I had to come up with to impress the client. I don’t stop until I make sure each and every client is satisfied with their overall website look and feel. It is my goal when I lay something out to make it work for them and their site visitors.
