This card design will have curved corners and they wanted card shaped like a smartphone with a broken screen. We are currently designing and developing their new website and just completed the design layout for their business cards. Oh, and in case you missed an earlier post we did their logo as well and this is the finalized logo design you see on the business card. We have a few revisions to make to the card and, of course, need to fill in the contact information and names but this is the overall design and I personally think it looks fab. The William Harris Homestead is an award-winning Georgia landmark. It is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. The homestead features an 1825 log house and outbuildings, lush gardens, and stunning landscapes. The Managing Director contacted us recently and hired our agency to bring their website to a more updated look and feel. They also wanted to make sure it would be responsive and re-size down to tablets and smartphones rather than site visitors having to pinch in to view their site. We took in consideration the year it it was built and it being made from wood/logs. We wanted it to be easier for visitors to plan and purchase tickets online and for couples to view information on beautiful weddings that have been held on the property. As they’ve done for the past decade, Pantone’s color experts have designated a signature color for the upcoming year, 2014. This year it’s a soft, subtle purple that’s a combination of fuchsia, purple, and pink. “An invitation to innovation, Radiant Orchid encourages expanded creativity and originality, which is increasingly valued in today’s society.” At Elegant Image Studios we’d agree, since we’re fond of purple tones. After all it’s one of our brand colors, though Radiant Orchid is a more muted tone. Nonetheless we look forward to experimenting with Radiant Orchid in the new year along with its complementary hues.
