A letter from our founder

Thank you for considering INDUSTRIAL SELLING SKILLS!  We are not shy about the fact that we love what we do.  We believe that “business is our favorite sport.  It’s a team sport that offers individual opportunities”.  We look forward to getting to know you, getting to know your organization, and the possibility that we might become a part of your organization’s strategic team.
 
Our mission is to equip companies and individuals with knowledge, insight, tools, and confidence to impact their business financially and strategically in a measurable manner.  Our goal is to train and equip 25% of the active sales and marketing teams and individuals that sell into industry.
 
We are certain that we will have a direct impact on the financial performance of our customers.  We want your decision to invest in our training program and your sales and marketing assets to be a virtual “laughable no-brainer” decision.  We measure our success by the number of repeat customers, the number of referrals we receive, and the number of customers who can honestly say “Thank you!  That was a good deal!  Thank you!  Your training paid great returns!”
 
We are also certain that our program is not for everyone!  We believe we will improve   every business measurably (in dollars).  We also know that our programs are not a cure-all for every business problem.  You cannot sell a “bad deal” to the same customer more than one time very often!  We have no silver bullet that will magically eliminate your competitors.  We offer no vaccine to resist competitive market conditions.  Our workshops are considered rigorous.  We emphasize fundamentals.  We emphasize action.  Knowledge without application leads to stagnation and frustration.  We expect students to come prepared to work hard and take action within the first 60 minutes of our workshops.  They are expected to complete the course work in class.
