We see Ugly websites everyday and wonder why the owner or owners of the site thinks it's okay to have an ugly website. This is the year 2009 so there is no excuse as to why sites have to look like it's the late 90's when the internet first came out for the public to use.

Every two months EIS will be holding The Ugly Website Contest. We ask you to complete the form below to submit your website. Once we have all entries we will have another form for people to vote for your site. We will send out an email to let you know when this has been set up. Then have your family members, co-workers, employees, or friends to vote for your site by clicking on Vote For A Site on our home page. However many votes you get will determine how many slips of paper with your business name will go in our pot for Sarah our Project Manager to draw on the last day of the contest. RULES

1. Once your site has been submitted your site can not be re-submitted until the following year.
2. No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
3. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
4. All contestants will be notified by e-mail with a link to review the drawing results video. If the winner does not contact us within 7 days, or if the winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
7. Entrants further grant EIS the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connections with the contest.
8. EIS reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
9. If you placed as any of the winners, there is a wait time for at least 2 years before you can re-submit your website. (1st place winner should be good to go with a new design)
10. EIS reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. You must be 18 years or older to enter. Our goal is to provide and maintain an appropriate Web site that does not cause offense to any age, race, gender or religious beliefs. Winner will receive a Custom Web site (value of $5,000). Any additional custom work wanted from the winner will be subject to additional charges. Monthly hosting and domain name costs are not included in the contest, winner will need to switch their hosting to EIS Hosting which is $4.99/mth. Custom Web site design is property of Elegant Image Studios, Inc. Winner reserves ownership of all personal business content. We reserve the right to ban, cancel, suspend or halt access to this Web site for any condition that we may or may not specify. The free website does not include shopping carts, auction sites, dating sites, social networking sites or community sites. This is for 1 custom built and designed website. There is a limit to no more than 50 pages for the free website. If more pages are needed there will be an additional charge of $125 a page. The free website inlcudes 1 contact form, 1 flash image, 2 demos for you to review and choose from, 2 sets of revisions made to the chosen design.
