Each and every single element of the design has been tested to ensure it adapts to modern smartphones and tablets. I would install an easy to use page builder after the site is complete to ensure the client would have the capability to update and maintain their own site. I based this design around their logo and after reviewing their competitors sites, I got some ideas to help set their site apart from the rest. In the large area up top (large image with the kids holding the fundraiser catalogs) I actually bought the photos and cut out their arms to overlay the catalogs so it looked like they were holding them. I thought it would give the site a personal touch to show kids actually holding the brochures. These images would come into the slider area in layers one after another to give the slider area life. I would suggest having the slides change to point to certain pages within the site if this design is chosen. You will notice different section on this design just to give you some ideas as to what all I can put on the home page or other areas of the site. This is only a static design, but I can assure you that if this design is chosen it will really come to life with lots of movement and ease of movement with a scroll back up to top button. This is a modern design concept and would be responsive meaning it would resize automatically depending on what device the site visitor is viewing the site on. (the design concept won’t re-size). For the client to easily maintain the site and make updates I would install a page builder to make edits easy for the staff. I Would include a blog section which I always suggest clients to use and I can link it up to their social media so when they post a new post it will automatically post to their social media. The home page would include a slider with several images and text overlay if needed, this helps draw site visitors into the website and keep them interested. After doing the first design concept for the client, we got the feedback and I knew based on their feedback what I had to come up with to impress the client. CNFC is a non-profit organization that assists families in transition by providing parenting seminars and workshops for children. By equipping parents with valuable skills, and helping them and their children to understand and manage the difficult emotions that accompany transition, families can focus on providing a healthy environment for our kids. We wanted to design a site that would have a very calming, soothing look considering the topic of the site. We also wanted to bring their site into 2015 and leave behind that early 2000 look. We knew that most of their site visitors will mostly be women so the site needs to catch their eye and interest. We cannot wait to begin the development phase of their new and improved site. The William Harris Homestead is an award-winning Georgia landmark. It is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. The homestead features an 1825 log house and outbuildings, lush gardens, and stunning landscapes. The Managing Director contacted us recently and hired our agency to bring their website to a more updated look and feel. They also wanted to make sure it would be responsive and re-size down to tablets and smartphones rather than site visitors having to pinch in to view their site. This particular design is different than the first initial design more of a clean line design. I like to give options to clients so I tend to show a more creative design and then one that is more of your standard design.
